OLED Optoelectronic Testing System

OLED Optoelectronic Testing System is a setup designed to study the electroluminescence performance of OLED devices at different temperatures. It primarily includes a hot/cold stage, source meter, silicon photodiode, spectrometer, and host computer control software.

Hardware Configuration:

1、Heating and Cooling Stage (provides testing environment for samples) GoGo Heating and Cooling Stage (custom model: CH200-150-P2D)
2、Electrical Module (sample power supply and current acquisition)
3、Silicon Photodiode (light intensity sensor)
4、Spectrometer (fiber-optic, for spectral data acquisition

1、Temperature Range:﹣190℃~600℃
2、Temperature Stability: ±0.1℃
3、Cooling/Heating Method: Liquid nitrogen cooling,Resistance heating
4、Sample Holder Material:  Silver
5、Chamber:Atmosphere/Vacuum
6、Silicon Photodiode Spectral Range: 190~1100 nm
7、Spectrometer Wavelength Range: 300~1000 nm
