Project Delivery | GoGo Instruments Customizes Inverted Probe-Type Heating/Cooling Stage for Westlake University

The probe-type heating/cooling stage is equipment designed for studying the electrical properties of samples under variable temperature conditions.


GoGo Instruments has customized an inverted probe-type heating/cooling stage for Westlake University to investigate the effect of bandgap changes on the photoelectric conversion efficiency of perovskite solar cells under variable temperature conditions. This device addresses the issue where the perovskite light-absorbing layer and electrodes are not on the same side: upright probes can measure the dark current of the sample, while inverted probes can measure the photogenerated current of the sample. Additionally, with a specially designed ceramic plate, the device effectively avoids the destructive impact conventional probe needles may have on the sample.
