GoGo Instruments Delivers Customized Capillary heating/cooling Stage to the University of Science and Technology of China

According to customer requirements, GoGo Instruments delivered a customized capillary heating/cooling stage to the University of Science and Technology of China. This product employs liquid nitrogen cooling and resistance heating, providing precise temperature control within the range of -190°C to 600°C.


The customer's experimental subject is a flowing solution containing oil droplets. The research objective is to observe and analyze the effects of different temperatures on the dynamics and deformation of active droplets using microscopy. To address this need, we customized a capillary slot compatible with the customer's capillary dimensions and designed a dedicated microscope adapter plate for an Olympus inverted microscope. These modifications effectively resolved compatibility issues between the equipment and the experimental setup, fulfilling the customer's experimental requirements.
