Optical Heating and Cooling Stage CH600S-XY

Designed for in-situ optical characterization under controlled temperatures, our optical heating and cooling stage are deployed in materials science, semiconductor research, optoelectronics, nanotechnology, biophotonics, and geology. They support real-time observation of optical properties—including microscopy, fluorescence, Raman, refractive index, and luminescence efficiency—with precise thermal management.


Capable of spanning 4K to 1700°C, the series integrates multiple thermal control methods: LHe/LN₂ cooling, TEC, resistive heating, IR heating, and laser heating—tailored to specific temperature targets and applications.


SDKs (LabVIEW, C#, Python) are provided for custom automation and system integration.


The GoGo Instruments CH600S-XY: Temperature Range -190℃~600℃.Temperature Stability ±0.1℃.Multi-mode precision temperature control: setpoint, ramp, and segment programming.

Sample stage: reflection/transmission modes. Screw-top cover for easy access.Slim, compact design for compatibility with most optical instruments.

Integrated XY stage provides ±6 mm travel.
