GoGo Instruments XRD Heating/Cooling Stage is a specialized in-situ device designed for X-ray diffractometers. It precisely controls the real-time response of materials under varying temperature conditions and is accurately compatible with major XRD equipment from Bruker, Thermo Fisher, Rigaku, Shimadzu, and others.
Recently, GoGo Instruments delivered an XRD ultra-high temperature heating stage (compatible with the Bruker D8 series) to the Shanghai Advanced Research Institute. The stage was used in on-site testing of a commercial 68% Pt/C material, successfully capturing the dynamic phase transition process of the material across the entire temperature range!
