As a key device for studying optical properties under variable temperature environments, optical heating/cooling stages are widely used in materials science, semiconductor physics, optoelectronic devices, nanotechnology, biophotonics, mineralogy, and other fields. They enable precise temperature control and real-time testing of optical characteristics (such as microscopic imaging, fluorescence, Raman spectroscopy, refractive index, luminescence efficiency, etc.).
Based on the client's requirements, GoGo Instruments has delivered a custom magnetic field vacuum heating/cooling stage to the National University of Singapore. This product utilizes liquid nitrogen cooling and resistive heating to provide accurate temperature control within the range of -190°C to 150°C. Featuring a high-vacuum chamber design, it is compatible with magnetic field environments for relevant material testing and research.
The custom magnetic field-compatible heating/cooling stage professionally tailored by GoGo Instruments can flexibly meet the client's testing needs in different magnetic field orientations. It is fully compatible with the client's existing equipment without any modifications—only the appropriate fixture needs to be selected for different testing scenarios.
For testing requirements where the sample is parallel to the magnetic field direction, the optical system can directly observe the sample through the viewport of the heating/cooling stage (as shown in the figure below).
For testing requirements where the sample is perpendicular to the magnetic field direction, switching to a sample fixture integrated with a reflective optical path resolves observation limitations (as shown in the figure below).
