Project Delivery | GoGo Instruments Delivers XRD In-situ Heating/Cooling Stage to City University of Hong Kong

The GoGo Instruments XRD in-situ heating/cooling stage is a specialized in-situ device designed for X-ray diffractometers. It provides precise control over a material's real-time response under variable temperature conditions and offers accurate compatibility with mainstream XRD equipment from Bruker, Thermo Fisher, Rigaku, Shimadzu, and others.


According to customer requirements, GoGo Instruments has delivered the XRD in-situ heating/cooling stage model XCH600 to the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at City University of Hong Kong. This stage is compatible with their Rigaku 9kW X-ray diffractometer for testing samples such as powders and thin films. The product utilizes liquid nitrogen cooling and resistance heating to deliver precise temperature control within a range of -190℃ to 600℃. Furthermore, it provides a multi-language SDK (e.g., LabVIEW, C#, etc.), empowering customers to achieve highly efficient and customized integration.
