Throughout the Nano Expo, GoGo Instruments exhibited products such as the optical heating/cooling stage CH600S, ultra-high temperature heating/cooling stage H1500T, ultra-high temperature heating/cooling stage H1000T, and SEM in-situ tensile ultra-high temperature heating/cooling stage, attracting the attention of many industry insiders and media. The engineers of GoGo Instruments patiently introduced the technical features, application scenarios, and market advantages of the products to each visitor; and through live demonstrations, the visiting participants could more intuitively feel the excellent performance and operational convenience of the products.

GoGo Instruments brought a fully self-developed SEM in-situ tensile ultra-high temperature heating/cooling stage at this Nano Expo. This product is used to study the stress-strain changes of samples under temperature conditions under the electron beam of SEM. The SEM in-situ tensile ultra-high temperature heating/cooling stage uses resistance heating to achieve precise temperature control in the range of RT - 1200℃ (temperature stability can reach 0.1℃ ); the tensile range is: 0 - 5000N.
