University-Enterprise Cooperation—GoGo Instruments and Jinling Institute of Technology Sign an Agreement on the Industry-University-Research Integration Base and Donate Scientific Research Instruments
On August 19, the "Industry-University-Research Integration Base" jointly established by "GoGo Instrument Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd." and "School of Materials Engineering, Jinling Institute of Technology" was officially signed. The base is located in the Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone and explores a "scientific and technological innovation development model" where "basic research continuously meets new demands, and industry needs constantly drive technological innovation". Wang Jingwen, General Manager of "GoGo Instrument Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.", and Ye Yuanfeng, Dean of "School of Materials Engineering, Jinling Institute of Technology", jointly unveiled the "Industry-University-Research Integration Base". Luo Zhuan, Director of Human Resources, and Wang Qi, Director of the Market Department of "GoGo Instrument Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.", also attended the event. The signing and unveiling ceremony was specially attended by Zhu Nanfeng, Deputy Director of the External Affairs Department of Nanjing Geological Survey Center, China Geological Survey, and Wang Xianfeng, Deputy Director of the Metallogenic Prediction and Deep Resource Exploration Laboratory of Nanjing University.
At the beginning of the signing ceremony, Dean Ye Yuanfeng of the School of Materials Engineering extended a warm welcome to the visiting team of GoGo Instruments in his speech and introduced the basic situation of "School of Materials Engineering, Jinling Institute of Technology" and the ideas and methods regarding "university-enterprise cooperation", "talent cultivation in application-oriented colleges", and "the relationship between scientific research activities and scientific instruments".
Wang Jinwen, General Manager of GoGo Instruments, introduced the basic situation of the company and related instruments and equipment. He also elaborated on the company's management philosophy of "improving corporate technological competitiveness through participation in scientific research activities", "developing equipment and instruments guided by the needs of scientific research activities", and "jointly enhancing national scientific research capabilities through university-enterprise cooperation" and "providing instruments and equipment to solve problems".
During the mutual introduction, the participants had a full discussion on the future development direction and mode of the "Industry-University-Research Integration Base". Teachers from the university also raised relevant problems and difficulties encountered in their respective scientific research activities, and the personnel of GoGo Instruments gave some constructive responses and suggestions.
The meeting also discussed the next in-depth cooperation direction—establishing the "R & D Center for New Production Processes of Rare Precious Metals and Mineral Materials".
After the discussion and exchange, representatives from both the university and the enterprise jointly signed the "Industry-University-Research Integration Base" agreement and unveiled the base.
GoGo Instruments donated the latest scientific research instrument CH600S-XY high-precision geological heating/cooling stage to the "Industry-University-Research Integration Base".
After the signing ceremony of the "Industry-University-Research Integration Base", the team of GoGo Instruments visited the laboratory of the School of Materials Engineering and installed and tested the donated equipment on site.
Experts invited to the signing ceremony were invited to operate the equipment and provide improvement suggestions.
The establishment of this "Industry-University-Research Integration Base" not only builds a good cooperation platform for GoGo Instruments and Jinling Institute of Technology but also lays a solid foundation for the long-term development of both parties.
