The equipment is equipped with two independent pipelines for positive and negative pressure, which are permanently connected, eliminating the need to disassemble or replace pipelines under different working conditions. By adjusting the corresponding valves, users can switch between the following three environments within the same chamber:
• Vacuum environment: Meets experimental conditions requiring low pressure or no atmosphere.
• Controlled atmosphere environment: Allows the introduction of inert or process gases for atmosphere protection or gas-phase reactions.
• Slight positive pressure environment: Maintains a slight positive pressure inside the chamber to prevent infiltration of external gases.
Switching between the three modes requires no changes to pipeline connections, ensuring easy operation and effectively reducing experiment preparation time.
To ensure the pressure inside the chamber remains within a safe range, the equipment is fitted with a safety valve. When the chamber pressure exceeds 0.2 MPa, the safety valve automatically opens to release pressure, preventing equipment damage or safety risks caused by abnormal pressure. This protection mechanism operates automatically without manual intervention, providing fundamental safety assurance during experiments.
