GoGo Instruments Delivers In-situ Mechanical High and Low-Temperature Testing Device to Harbin Institute of Technology

According to customer requirements, GoGo Instruments delivered a custom in-situ mechanical high and low-temperature testing device to Harbin Institute of Technology. This product utilizes liquid nitrogen cooling and resistance heating to provide precise temperature control within the range of -70°C to 600°C. It also offers a tensile force capacity of up to 2000N.

This equipment primarily features the following:


1.Customized multiple mechanical fixtures. By switching dedicated fixtures, various mechanical testing modes such as tension/compression/shear/bending can be achieved.

2.Modular temperature control design, supporting quick disassembly. It can be used as a room-temperature tensile stage in compression, shear, and bending modes; in tension mode, the temperature module can also be added for testing under high and low temperatures.



With the cooling/heating module installed, for testing under high and low temperatures


Without the cooling/heating module, for testing under room temperature


3.Optional DIC (Digital Image Correlation) and video extensometer for high-precision strain data acquisition, enabling analysis of material states during testing such as phase transformation, crack initiation and propagation, fracture, bending, and high-temperature creep.
