Fruit Instrument Customizes High-Temperature Tensile Testing Machine for Client, Assisting in Material Mechanics Performance Research


According to the client's requirements, Fruit Instrument customized an ultra-high temperature hot stage for a tensile testing machine for the Hefei Institutes of Physical Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences. This provides an experimental environment capable of high-temperature annealing and tensile testing of samples under vacuum/argon atmosphere. Experimental Process: Using Fruit Instrument's infrared heating furnace, samples of refractory metals like tungsten-aluminum alloy, copper alloy, and iron alloy were heated to 1000°C for annealing. Subsequently, a universal testing machine was used to perform tensile tests, evaluating the tensile properties of the samples between 100°C and 500°C, with a pulling force capacity of up to 5000N. The temperature throughout the entire experimental process is precisely controlled.

This product primarily features the following characteristics:

1、Customized special material fixtures compatible with the Instron universal testing machine, meeting the requirement for high-strength tensile performance up to 5000N at elevated temperatures.


2、Customized temperature sensor module ensures that the thermocouple probe maintains good contact with the sample for accurate temperature measurement, even during sample thermal expansion and contraction.


3、Provides vacuum and gas atmosphere interfaces, facilitating easy switching of the environmental atmosphere for users.
