The materials engineering team at Northeastern University proposed doping antiferroelectric materials into relaxor ferroelectric ceramics to construct a ferroelectric-antiferroelectric binary solid solution. They achieved an excellent energy storage efficiency of 89.4% under a moderate electric field of 400 kV cm-1, along with outstanding thermal stability and frequency stability. The GoGo Instruments H200/PR2/V0-S01 Temperature-Variable Ferroelectric Test System served as the core equipment, providing precise support for the thermal and frequency stability studies in this research, helping the scientific team break through measurement technology bottlenecks.
