Project Delivery | GoGo Instruments Delivers 30-Probe Heating Stage to the Institute of Microelectronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences

The probe-type heating/cooling stage is a product designed for electrical testing under variable temperatures during material research, characterizing how the electrical properties of materials change with temperature during both heating and cooling processes.


According to customer requirements, GoGo Instruments customized a heating stage for the Institute of Microelectronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. This product utilizes resistive heating to provide precise temperature control within the range of RT to 200℃, enabling the observation and testing of samples under vacuum conditions during temperature variations. Additionally, it offers a multi-language SDK (such as LabVIEW, C#, etc.), empowering customers to achieve highly efficient and customized integration.
