Project Delivery | GoGo Instruments Delivers Dielectric Charge-Discharge Testing System to Shijiazhuang Tiedao University

The Dielectric Charge-Discharge Testing System is dedicated to evaluating the high-voltage discharge performance of dielectric energy storage materials. Conventional methods calculate energy density through hysteresis loops, which have limitations: during testing, the charge from the sample flows back to the high-voltage source rather than to a real load. This results in the energy storage density measured via hysteresis loops often being higher than the actual energy density released by the material, making it impossible to accurately evaluate its discharge performance.






The GoGo Instruments Dielectric Charge-Discharge Testing System is specifically designed to address the above challenges. It is used to study the fast charge-discharge characteristics of energy storage dielectric materials (such as ceramics, thin films, etc.). Its core advantage lies in its ability to simulate real discharge scenarios and support under-damped and over-damped charge-discharge tests under varying temperature conditions. It is a key scientific research equipment in the field of energy storage material studies.


According to customer requirements, GoGo Instruments delivered a Dielectric Charge-Discharge Testing System to Shijiazhuang Tiedao University. This system provides precise temperature control within the range of RT to 200℃, features manual charge-discharge buttons and circuit switching buttons, and allows manual adjustment as well as switching between under-damped and over-damped testing modes, meeting the testing needs of various samples.
