According to customer requirements, GoGo Instruments customized a fiber-optic coupled vacuum probe station for the Instrumentation Comprehensive Testing Institute. The customized specially-shaped heating stage core accommodates micro-devices, and the provided probe assembly enables photoelectric testing.

• Temperature Control Performance: Can maintain high temperature for over 4 hours; features temperature cycling function; programmable setting of constant temperature maintenance levels and duration; programmable heating/cooling rates; exportable time-temperature data from the chamber
• Sample Stage: Specially shaped semi-enclosed design providing thermal control for photodetectors
• Fiber Optic Connection: Custom KF vacuum feedthroughs compatible with single-mode silicon-based fibers, connected to grating detectors through two KF16 vacuum ports on the stage body
• Chamber: Vacuum chamber, <0.1 kPa
• Probes: Includes 4 fixed probes and 4 magnetic movable probes to meet electrical testing requirements
